Cancellation Policy
My cancellation policy is simple, I do not charge for last minute cancellations due to illnesses or if you are a caregiver and need to care for someone who is ill. But the sooner you are able to let me know of these changes, the better so I can adjust my schedule. Please notify me via phone call or text.
There is a missed appointment charge or no show charge for those who miss their appointments other than illness. These fees range from the full price of the appointment to 50% of the price of appointment, depending on the situation.
Client Bill of Rights
Minnesota has not adopted educational or training standards for complementary health care practitioners, but they have adopted a Bill of Rights for those seeking care from complementary health care practitioners, such as massage, craniosacral or reiki practitioners.
