About Janet Crow

Picture
I became a CranioSacral therapist to share the amazing healing benefits of CranioSacral Therapy with others. Living with chronic migraine, headache, and neck pain sent me on a long healing journey, but traditional medicine offered only opioids and surgery for temporary relief, so I looked to complementary therapies for relief.

The therapy that had the most impact on pain relief and quality of life was CranioSacral Therapy.  Immediately, I knew this kind of treatment was best for My body and I felt a passion to share the therapy with others. Years later I opened Twin Cities CranioSacral to share the benefits of CranioSacral with others.

I understand how isolating and challenging it can be to live with chronic pain. I also know how important it is to have true compassionate care. I think our bodies and psyche are craving a strong healing presence in which they can let go of holding patterns in the fascia and let go of the pent-up stress. It is my calling and mission to provide a strong, grounded healing presence for my patients. A healing presence is a safe place where you feel heard and your body is supported so it can heal itself.

My therapy is a great addition to recovery from trauma and is a supportive bodywork for those in trauma counseling. Often a complementary bodywork like Twin Cities CranioSacral can help the body to release the hormones and emotions from traumatic experiences so the physical body is able to move on and recover. To be a part of your healing process is a true gift.

I also have an eclectic background in integrative therapies, which makes for a unique and well-rounded bodyworker.
